Divorced parents may have different schedules and solution ideas, but at the same time have to consider what is best for their children's needs, interests and activities. Susan Carpenter helps parents settle their disputes, sort through parenting responsibilities and create parenting time schedules that make sense.  Being able to stay focused on the children is an important step in building a great co-parent relationship.  Mediation can be a step in right direction for many families and open the door to new ways of communicating and managing parent conflict.  It puts parents in charge of making decisions about their children and that is often the best outcome for children.
