"People learn in many different ways. I work through many different vehicles to help people build better relationships and stronger, more tight knit families. How they make the journey is theirs to define. I simply try to help them see things that they may not have been able to see when all of the burdens got in the way."

The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
Learning Objectives of the Program:

• Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
• Enhance the development of your child's self esteem
• Honor your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure

Susan is a licensed parent educator with a master's degree in family education. Her education consisted of a heavy focus on advanced child development, family development and parent-child interaction. She is dedicated to helping people manage, not only high conflict divorce and co-parenting situations, but also to resolve family conflict, child behavior problems, help people break cycles of abusive and unhealthy relationships patterns and build long-lasting relationships.
Susan Carpenter Coaching and Consulting offers classes through the Still Family Parenting Community.
Susan is a certified Circle of Security Parents facilitator. The program is not owned nor developed by Susan Carpenter or Still Family Education Community. However, Susan highly recommends this life changing course, especially for parents in high conflict coparenting situations. Circle of Security is based on decades of attachment research. Due to the nature of the class, coparents due not take the class together. Coparents will be placed into separate groups to ensure a safe space for reflective dialogue about individual parent practices.

Those who have joined at the Grow Level can participate in our bi-weekly live group sessions to discuss the books we are featuring.
This year, we are focusing on 2 different books:
1. Joint Custody with a Jerk by Julie A. Ross and Judy Corcoran.
2. Hurt People Hurt People by Dr. Sandra D. Wilson
