Appointment Options
Virtual sessions are the primary option for families. They offer convenience, reduce stress, and make services accessible from anywhere. Because they require fewer resources, virtual sessions are provided at a discounted rate compared to in‑office appointments. Virtual sessions may be held during the day, early evening or select Saturdays.

In‑office sessions are available when appropriate and based on scheduling availability. These appointments provide face‑to‑face interaction in a professional setting. Since they involve additional resources, including facility use, travel, and time away from other services, an in-office surcharge applies. In-Office sessions are available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time.
